Awards

A huge congratulations to our award recipients this week. Our HAWK Award was presented to Maddison Lawes in recognition of her outstanding commitment across all aspects of school life.

We also congratulate Ella Schultz and Tate Newton, who received the highest number of Values Awards across their classes. This is a wonderful achievement and reflects their consistent demonstration of our school values.

Semester 2 subjects

This week, students received their Semester 2 timetables. If your child would like to request a subject change, they can collect a Change of Subject form from the Year 8 Office. The form must be taken home, signed by a parent or guardian, and returned to the office. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed due to timetabling constraints.

Year 8 Camp Deposits

Please be reminded that Year 8 Camp deposits are due by the end of the term. 

Hoodies

A reminder that hoodies are not part of the school uniform. Students wearing hoodies underneath their school shirts will be asked to remove them. If your family requires assistance with purchasing a school jumper, please get in touch with the Year 8 Office for support.

Being prepared for class

Please use the holiday break to restock any materials or supplies you may need for your classes. As a friendly reminder, ensure your laptop is charged each night so you can access the resources and materials required for your lessons. Year 8 is a great time to form these positive habits to set you up for your future schooling years. 

Holidays
