Due to finalising the end of year attendance data, all unexplained and late attendance must be explained on Compass. If this is not completed by the 15th of December 2025, and automatic explanation of 'Unexplained' will be entered and remain with your child's attendance record for the remainder of their schooling years.
Students arriving to school after 9am will be entered as 'LATE'.
If you are unsure on how to do this, please see attached or contact the office on 9663 6502.
Last day for donation is Friday 12th December.

Our ⅚ students recently competed in rounders, tchoukball, newcomb, basketball and cricket against other schools in our district. All of the ⅚ teachers raved about how our students conducted themselves, giving their best efforts during the games and showing respect to their opposition and the umpires.
A special thanks to Ai for volunteering her time to help with newcomb!
It’s that special time of year when we get to celebrate our amazing Grade 6s as they graduate! 🎓
While the kids enjoy their dinner on Tuesday 16th December, we’re planning a relaxed get-together for parents with refreshments and nibbles nearby. It’ll be a lovely chance to unwind, catch up, and celebrate this special milestone together before the big send-off.
To help us find a suitable venue close to the school (we’ll have a short window between 7:00–8:30 pm), we’d love to get an idea of numbers. Once we know how many are interested, we can look into costings for refreshments and will share details as soon as we can — our goal is to keep costs as low as possible.
If you’d like to come along, please email leadanga@hotmail.com with the number of people from your family who’ll be attending.
We’re really looking forward to celebrating with you all!
Warmly,
Lea, Andrea & Deann

We are on the lookout for parent volunteers each week to help with cereal, toast and general good vibes. If you can lend a hand on your child’s rostered day, or any day, we’d love to have you! Please email the school at carlton.gardens.ps@education.vic.gov.au with the subject line BREAKFAST CLUB.
