Winter Appeal
"Every donation, big or small, makes a difference in bringing dignity,
warmth, and support to those in need this winter."
Our annual Winter Appeal will be supporting both Jesuit Refugee Services and St Vincent de Paul (Woy Woy Regional Centre). These organisations do vital work providing food, warm clothing, and essential items to refugee families and those experiencing homelessness.
Please remember these vulnerable communities who need our support at this time of year by donating the following items:
Donations can be taken to D8 each morning during Homeroom. Thank you in advance for the way you so generously support our social justice initiatives which work to restore dignity to all.
Staff Formation Day
This Friday the staff will join as a community to share our annual Formation Day. This day provides staff with the opportunity to engage in their faith and take time in moments of prayer, gratitude and reflection. This year the Formation Day falls on World Environment Day, and as such we are pleased to welcome Sue Martin, an agricultural scientist by training, who currently works in the leadership team at Jesuit Ignatian Spirituality Australia JISA. She has been passionate about connecting love of the environment with her faith, and we look forward to her sharing on these topics.
Parish Course: Mass Explained - Discover the Meaning of the Mass
Fr Hien will be running a four week Mass Explained Series each Tuesday in June from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm in the Magnificat Room at the Parish. Registrations are essential, so please read the flyer below or contact the Parish for further explanation.
