Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund - CSEF

Financial Support Available for LESC Families.

At Lakes Entrance Secondary College, we understand that camps, sports and excursions are an important part of school life, and we also know that costs can add up.

Families who hold a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card may be eligible to apply for the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) to help with these expenses.

For secondary students, eligible families can receive $400 per year, which is paid directly to the college and used toward camps, sports and excursion activities.

Who is eligible?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Hold a valid means-tested concession card (Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card), or
  • Are a temporary foster parent, or
  • Hold an eligible refugee or asylum seeker visa.

The concession card must be valid on the first day of Term 1.

Do I need to apply again?

If you received CSEF last year and your circumstances have not changed, you do not need to reapply.

If you are new to LESC or believe you may now be eligible, please contact the General Office for an application form.

At LESC, we want every student to have the opportunity to participate fully in school experiences. If you are unsure whether you qualify, please reach out to the general office. We are more than happy to assist and answer any questions.
