Parent Student Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents/Carers, 

Please become familiar with the information provided below. 

The Term 3 Parent Student Teacher Conferences will be held over a two day period.

They will be held on: 

• Thursday 28th August from 1.30pm-7pm 

• Friday 29th August from 9.30am - 3pm

   

Bookings will open to parents at 4pm on Tuesday 19th August on Compass 

They will close 4pm Wednesday 27th for Thursday bookings and 4pm Thursday 28th for Friday bookings. 

If you require an interpreter please make sure you select the option when making your bookings on Compass by 5pm Sunday 24th August, so we can organise interpreter services. Any interpreter bookings made after this date, cannot be guaranteed. 

Conferences will be conducted via WEBEX video Conference, we encourage you to become familiar with Webex in the lead up to the conferences. You can download the desktop app or mobile app, also make sure you have access to your Parent Compass account. 

All Teacher WEBEX links will be clickable links in your bookings made on Compass Conferences. 

Student Attendance

• On Thursday 28 August, all students will be dismissed at the end of session 3 (11.40am), so they can attend PST conferences with their parent/carer. 

  Sessions 3 will finish at 11.40am on Thursday 28 August. 

   

• On Friday 29 August, NO classes will run, so students can attend PST conferences with their parent/carer.
