Parents & Friends Meeting Update

Last week we held our second Parents & Friends meeting for the term. This was a fantastic opportunity to discuss what some of our opportunities for the year ahead could look like, with the focus being on social connections, building community, and fundraising. Thank you to those who joined us!

Please find some information about things happening in P&F below. Keep your eyes out for an update coming soon regarding social events and opportunities for parents and families to get together, and have a lot of fun along the way.

Easter Raffle

Thank you for your donations for our upcoming Easter Raffle, held on Friday 4th April. Don't forget to throw an extra Easter Egg, or Easter related item/activity, into your shopping basket this week! 

We would love donations of big baskets that can be used to create some larger prize hampers. If you have any that you would be happy to donate, please drop off them off at the school office.

2nd Hand Uniform Shop

Parents & Friends would like to begin a 2nd Hand Uniform Shop. We hope that this will run once a term. We are looking for someone, or a small group of people, to take this on! The shop can run at a time that suits you (e.g. after drop off, before pick up, etc). If you would like to find out more or you'd like to take this on, please get in touch with our P&F leaders, Lara Schendzielorz (lara@schendz.com) and Gillian Marshall (gillianmarshall84@gmail.com).

Early in Term 2 we will begin asking for uniform donations for the 2nd Hand Uniform Shop, so please keep these handy if you're doing a clean out over the Term break. 

Special Canteen Days

We would love to run two special canteen days per term for our students to enjoy. For example, ANZAC cookies and sushi in Term 2. We need your help! If you would like to be a part of a small team that organises and runs these days (dates flexible), please get in touch with our P&F leaders, Lara Schendzielorz (lara@schendz.com) and Gillian Marshall (gillianmarshall84@gmail.com).
