CLASS OF 1965
Five of these ladies met in grade 3 at Ormond State School in the 1950s and continued to McKinnon HS in 1960.

THISTLELONIANS LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST
It’s always wonderful to hear from our Thistlelonians and discover where life has taken them. Lindsay Peacock (Class of 1964) and Norma (White) Peacock (Class of 1965) recently got in touch to share an update on their life together:
Lindsay and I got together in 1995 (both second time around) and moved to Moyston in the Grampians, while keeping a house in McCrae on the Mornington Peninsula. We had 300 acres, lived 'off grid' with the kangaroos, emus etc., and ran a highly successful B&B. We had a real adventure, the time of our lives, like a couple of kids again.
A bushfire on Australia Day 2006 took the gloss off it and we moved to Tallebudgera Valley on the Gold Coast, to be near family. Haven't regretted a minute of it. Although nearing 80 both of us fit and well and loving life on the Goldie.
