Volunteering in 2026

To keep our students safe and comply with student protection legislation and policies, prior to parents commencing in an on-site volunteering role, the College must be satisfied that parent volunteers are not a restricted person. As such, all  prospective 2026 College parent volunteers are asked to complete this Marist College Ashgrove Volunteer Registration and Declaration Form. This information will be confidentially and securely stored with the College's Human Resources Team. Any volunteer at the College who is not a parent of a current student will need a volunteer blue card with details given to our HR team (hr@marash.qld.edu.au).
