Our first “whole cast” rehearsal kicked off last Sunday and was a great success. It was very exciting to see everyone come together for the first time with great energy and spirit, despite the torrential rain!
A quick reminder to please use musical@marash.qld.edu.au for any communications related to our college musical.

Students from Performance Choir took part in a special recording project this week, capturing hymns regularly sung in our liturgies, including Sub Tuum and Ancient Words. These recordings will support our Wednesday Masses in the Chapel, allowing the wider community to stay connected to the beautiful sound of our talented singers. The project reflects the choir’s commitment to enriching the spiritual life of the College through music. Sincere thanks to their musical director Samantha Blakeney, to Daniel Bull and the Mission Team for their encouragement, and to Matthew Sorensen, Enrico Le Mura, and the Marist Audio Club for their expertise in bringing this initiative to life.

Please be reminded that there are music photos for all ensembles playing at the Premier Ensembles Concert (Symphony Orchestra, Wind Orchestra 1, Chamber Strings, Chamber Choir, Guitar Orchestra 1, Percussion Ensemble 1 & Big Band 1).
