As we reach the end of another busy and rewarding term, we would like to thank our students, families and staff for their ongoing support and commitment throughout Term 2.
One of the highlights of the term was the recent Senior Secondary Camp at Blackwood. Students enjoyed a range of activities that challenged them to develop independence, teamwork and resilience while creating lasting memories with their peers and staff. It was wonderful to see students embrace new experiences and make the most of this opportunity.
Our Secondary students are now looking ahead to their camp experiences next term. Some students will travel to Blackwood for an overnight stay, while others will be attending a day camp experience at Clifford Park in Wonga Park.
We are proud of the growth and achievements of our students this term and look forward to another exciting semester of learning and opportunities in Term 3. We wish all our families a safe, restful and enjoyable holiday break.

On Wednesday, we proudly celebrated the official launch of our Mini Woolies program. Senior Secondary students, staff and special guests, (Councillor Daniella Heatherich of Maroondah City Council, Mr Richard Farr representing the Federal MP, Matt Gregg, Senior Education Improvement Leader Mary Azer, and School Council President, Bec Gilmore) came together to mark this exciting milestone, which provides authentic learning opportunities for our students to develop practical, communication and workplace skills.
Many of our student leaders played an important role in the event, assisting with the assembly proceedings and participating in the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Following the launch, students enjoyed the opportunity to take part in a shopping activity, putting their skills into practice in the new Mini Woolies environment.
The celebration concluded with a morning tea, providing an opportunity for guests, staff and students to connect and reflect on this wonderful addition to our school. We look forward to seeing the many learning opportunities and positive experiences Mini Woolies will provide for our students in the years ahead.
The School Photographer will be at our school to take student photos during Week 2 of Term 3, from Tuesday 21 July to Thursday 23 July.

Families wishing to purchase photos should complete their order using the instructions provided on the form, or as noted online. We ask families to support students to dress in their school uniform ready for their individual and class group photo.
