Throughout Term 4, students from Prep to Grade 6 have been continuing to develop their performance skills and putting the finishing touches on their performances.

Students in Grades 1 to 6 have been working collaboratively to bring their chosen iconic topics to life through dance, drama, and music. Building on the ideas and performances developed last term, students have been refining their choreography, rehearsing their movements, strengthening their storytelling, and exploring ways to make their performances engaging and memorable for an audience.

As we approach the Arts Show, students are focusing on the final stages of preparation, including refining their performances, building confidence on stage, strengthening teamwork, and developing their stage presence and audience engagement. They have demonstrated creativity, dedication, and collaboration throughout the process, and it has been wonderful to see their ideas evolve into unique performances inspired by iconic people, places, music, movies, and cultural moments from around the world.

Our Prep students have also continued to explore movement, music, imagination, and performance skills through engaging classroom activities. They are building confidence and excitement as they prepare to take part in their very first Arts Show!

Students have also been developing their costumes and props in Visual Art to complement their performances and bring their chosen topics to life. These creative touches will help make the Arts Show a vibrant celebration of the imagination, talent, and hard work of our students.

We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment students have shown throughout Terms 3 and 4 and look forward to celebrating their achievements and sharing this special event with families and the wider school community. We can't wait to see our students shine on stage!
