Second-Hand Uniform Pop-Up Shop: 29th July

The next P&F Secondhand Uniform Shop will be held on the 29th of July. Families are welcome to attend and browse the available range of pre-loved school uniforms.

Uniform donations can be placed in the red uniform donation bins:

• Canowindra Campus – Wellbeing Centre

• Yirramboi Campus – Middle School Reception

   

We welcome all clean and wearable uniform items.

Fathers Day Stall Donations Request

The P&F is seeking donations of Father's Day gift items for the upcoming Father's Day Stall!

These might include;

• Practical gifts (e.g. socks, mugs, BBQ tools, tech gadgets, car accessories)
• Food & drink-related items (e.g. snacks, coffee, sauces, chocolates)
• Vouchers (e.g. hardware stores, car washes, cafes, golf, barber services)
• Experiences or services (e.g. sports tickets, tours, workshops, handyman help)

The P&F are looking for a friendly and proactive volunteer to help secure donations and sponsorships from local businesses.

This flexible role involves:

• Contacting businesses for prizes or sponsorship

• Supporting fundraising events

• Building community connections

Perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the College.

Time commitment: flexible, a few hours per month, with a little extra around events.

Food Trucks Wanted for Twilight Carols

Do you own/run a food truck, or know someone who does? We're looking to connect with food truck operators who may be interested in serving during the Twilight Carols at Canowindra on Friday 27 November.

The College looks forward to welcoming siblings of current students into our 2027 cohort. If you are yet to submit an application for your child, we encourage you to do so promptly, as places are filling quickly.

Student Withdrawals from the College

As per our enrolment policy, the College requests families to provide one full term's notice if they plan to withdraw their child. We kindly ask that if you are considering transferring your child to another school, you notify us as soon as possible. This early notification will ensure that we can adequately support the students leaving, making a smooth transition for them, and facilitating a seamless process. Our aim is to also support both our current families and prospective families who are eager to join our vibrant community. We have a significant number of students on waitlists for many year levels, and your early notification will greatly aid us in making well-informed decisions regarding enrolment placements.
