🎸 Battle of the Bands Final

Friday June 27

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to ABC, who took out 1st place with their incredible original song, "Home To You." What a talented group of musicians – you've absolutely earned the spotlight!

🏆 ABC have won a music shop voucher and will have their names engraved on the LHS Perpetual Shield.

👏 A massive shout-out to ROOM2, who came in a very close second place, as well as to HSD and Passenger Princess for your outstanding performances — your energy, talent, and stage presence were truly impressive and helped make this year’s Battle of the Bands one to remember!

The level of talent this year was next-level – we’re so proud of everyone who performed.

🌟 Exciting News: ABC and ROOM2 will be representing Lilydale High at:

Inter-School Battle of the Bands @ Boronia K-12 – August 8 and 11
NEVR Regional Contemporary Showcase – September 4

Thank you to all the bands who brought energy, creativity, and passion to the stage. And to those who didn’t participate this year — start rehearsing... we’ll see you on stage in 2026!

🎹 Voice and Piano Showcase

On Thursday, June 19, our Voice and Piano students performed for family and friends at the inaugural Showcase.

🎶 A wonderful variety of styles and genres was on display, performed with professionalism and confidence.

Special thanks to Emma, our Voice and Piano teacher, for her hard work and support in making the event a success!

This year saw the launch of Amplified, a special performance night just for our amplified rock bands. It was a fun, high-energy night featuring students from all year levels.
