YEAR 12 NEWS

Deputy Principal’s Message – Congratulations Year 12
I would like to extend my congratulations to our Year 12 students on the excellent application and determination shown throughout the Trial HSC examinations. The commitment displayed during this important milestone is a credit to your resilience and focus.
As we move forward, now is the crucial time to work closely with your teachers to identify and address any gaps in knowledge and to consolidate your learning. Strong attendance in the coming weeks will be essential to ensure you make the most of this final preparation period.
We are also approaching a number of significant events as we farewell our Class of 2025. Our Graduation Ceremony will take place at 9:30am on Thursday 25th September. Each family has been allocated three tickets to attend the event, and the ceremony will be live streamed so that extended family and friends can also share in this special occasion. Please note that additional family members or friends should not gather outside the hall, as we want to ensure the event runs smoothly and respectfully for all.
In the coming weeks, we will be running ATAR trajectory reports. I will notify students once these are available, as they are an important tool for planning the final stage of your HSC journey.
Week 10 will be a busy and exciting time. Students will participate in a Graduation rehearsal and enjoy a range of school spirit activities organised by the SRC. Year 12 will also have multi-days from Monday to Wednesday, ensuring uniforms remain clean and presentable for the Graduation Ceremony on Thursday.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our SRC and school leaders for their energy, creativity, and commitment to fostering school spirit this year. Your efforts have made a lasting difference. I would also like to acknowledge and congratulate the Yearbook Committee for their outstanding work in producing this year’s Yearbook—a wonderful keepsake for our graduating class.
Congratulations again, Year 12. We are proud of all you have achieved so far, and we look forward to celebrating your graduation and supporting you through the final stages of your HSC journey.
