Where: Appin Street Athletics Oval, Wangaratta

When: Monday 9th December 6-6.45am (No Cost to Participants)

✔️ Kick start your return to Running or Walking by attending a private Coaching session with Josie.  

✔️ Josie is a registered athletics Coach with Athletics Victoria.  

✔️ The session will involve interval running - time or measured walk/run around the oval. 

✔️ Dynamic and static stretches before and after session. 

✔️ Inclusive program, no base level of fitness required.

✔️ NO COST to participants
