Just before we head to the holidays, could teachers and students please return:

  • All WHS student loan laptops and chargers are to returned by next Friday 13th December.  Important updates need to be introduced.  If you have been lucky to have a laptop for loan this year, please return it to Ms Wyatt in the Senior Library asap.
  • All calculators on loan are to be returned to the Senior Library asap.  If you require the calculator for 2025, please see Ms Wyatt and it will be loaned/renewed for 2025.  There are 14 calculators still on loan to Year 11 students…. Please return them or see Ms Wyatt.
  • All Senior Fiction/fiction/non-fiction and class sets are to be returned to the Senior Library by next Wednesday 11th December. 

Looking ahead for 2025….

  • Student loans STOP from 6th December, due to stocktake. 
  • From 16th December, loans are allowed – one resource for holiday read.
  • If you see any library books lying around, please return them to the Senior Library
  • Teachers, please return any unwanted WHS books you no longer require for 2025 and return your “Items on Loan” form next week.

As 2025 students are requiring resources for next year, your cooperation in returning laptops, calculators and books is very important.

The BorrowBox app makes it easy to browse, borrow and read your library's eAudiobooks, eBooks, eMagazines and eNewspapers anywhere, everywhere. If BorrowBox is available through your local library you can simply log in with your membership details to access the library's collection of digital content.

Libby is a free app where you can enjoy ebooks, digital audiobooks, and magazines from your public library. You can stream titles with Wi-Fi or mobile data, or download them for offline use and read anytime, anywhere. All you need to get started is a library card.
