Casey Youth Summit 2023

The Casey Youth Summit is an annual event that brings together students from across Casey to share ideas, discuss issues affecting their communities and collaborate on solutions. This year’s theme is “Empower, Educate, Engage: Building a better future with youth”. Drawing on this year’s theme our students provided creative and innovative ideas to the group sessions.

Teach the Teacher

The Teach the Teacher program aims to improve student-teacher relationships and enhance teaching and learning outcomes and in doing so, create positive lasting change and truly make a difference by helping students develop and lead conversations with their teachers. By encouraging student voice, students have established a forum for students to express their opinions and truly represent them to make a difference in terms of academic success at the college. Our class captains from years 7-9 presented their ideas about improving the school to the teaching staff.
