Harmony Day

On Friday, 20th March, Dalet class celebrated Harmony Day. 

The message of Harmony Day is ‘everyone belongs’ and we paired this with the message of John 3:16, " For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.“ 

Everyone belongs in the Kingdom of God, the Gospel message of the Good News of Jesus is for the whole world! 

Thanks to the parents who sent food and encouraged their students to get involved. We had some wonderful costumes and delicious  food from different cultures. 

The colour theme for Harmony Day is orange, which represents ‘social communication and meaningful conversations’, and Rhett took this to the next level with an orange T-rex suit, much to the delight of the ABCs students. Other great costumes included a Greek toga, Dutch, Tongan, Egyptian, Australian and Irish dress.
