Year 5 Highlight

What an exciting way to start Term 2! The Year 5 students departed for their camp at Lady Northcote Bacchus Marsh. We arrived at the campsite at 10:30 am to have lunch and be briefed on the activities we would be completing. Students all participated with enthusiasm and resilience in activities such as a 125-metre flying fox, Yabbying, kitchen garden where we cooked wood-fired pizzas, Risky Kids, a parkour course over a range of tree logs and raft building. We also took part in a talent show and movie night. Each student had the opportunity to challenge themselves and step outside their comfort zone. We are extremely proud of the 5 students and how they demonstrated each of the school dispositions throughout the 3 days.
