Year 8 homework with Rei
Homework has gotten off to a great start this term with Year 8 students attending in full force and showing great commitment to their tasks. Our amazing teaching team has put together work for the term and each Monday and Wednesday night students gather in the games room at 364 Church Street for homework.
There’s lots of discussion, and questions about each task which gives opportunities to compare homelife with Melbourne life, and use homelife as a foundation for creative writing tasks.
Older Senior students have opportunities for tutoring and study sessions at their Pathway School.
The A Team also provides support for older Senior students twice per week, and students supplement this with tutoring, and study sessions at school. Derek and Clancy benefitted from a great catch-up session with Tutor Ethan, completing an Algebra practice test in readiness for a test on Friday.
