Dear Families,

As we enter the second half of the year, we would like to remind families about the 2026 School Contributions.

Pakenham Secondary College relies on the generous voluntary contributions from our community to provide the best possible education and support for our students. These contributions assist in funding curriculum programs, vital school services and resources and help sustain our extended learning and co-curricular opportunities.

Please visit your Compass Course Confirmation tab for more information on Contributions and Semester 2 Electives (for a detailed guide please visit the 'From the Office' page in this newsletter)

Once again this year, Pakenham Secondary College will be producing a digital edition of the College Yearbook – Ngargee yel-in-wa, which will be available at the end of Term 4, 2026.

Families also have the opportunity to purchase a printed copy of the Yearbook for $26. If you would like your child to receive a printed copy, you will need to opt in by Friday, 21st August. Students who opt in will receive their Yearbook at the end of Term 4.

If you have already purchased a printed Yearbook as part of your school contributions, you do not need to do anything further. Your child will automatically receive a printed copy at the end of the year.

The College produces a digital edition for sustainability reasons and in response to many students preferring to access the Yearbook online.

If you would like to purchase a printed copy of the 2026 College Yearbook, please refer to your Compass Course Confirmation tab, where payment can be made online through Compass (for a detailed guide please visit the 'From the Office' page in this newsletter).

If you have any questions about the Yearbook or School Contributions, please contact our General Office on 5945 1433 or you can email us at: pakenham.sc@education.vic.gov.au.
