NAIDOC Week

NAIDOC Week Celebrations
On Friday 25 July, Aberfoyle Park High School proudly celebrated NAIDOC Week with a vibrant event led by our Cultural Connections group and the Student Representative Council.
Held in the Middle School building, the celebration brought students together to participate in a variety of engaging cultural activities, including face painting, rock painting, bracelet making, and decorating wooden cut-outs of native animals.
The event created a welcoming and inclusive space for students to connect with and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and heritage. It was a meaningful way to honour this year’s NAIDOC Week theme, "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy."
Thank you to all who participated and helped make the day a vibrant and respectful celebration of culture, identity, and community.
