School Immunisation Program – Monday 18 May 2026

ATTENTION Parents/Guardians of Year 7, 10, 11 & 12 students:

Online Consent and bookings are now open for the upcoming immunisation program.

• Year 7: HPV & DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)

• Year 10: Meningococcal ACWY + optional Flu ($25)

• Year 11 & 12: Optional Flu vaccine ($25)

Year 7 and 10 parents/guardians need to accept or decline and book for your child to take part in the Immunisation Program using the link below. 

Year 11 and 12 parents/guardians please complete the online consent form or book via this link if your student wishes to get the flu vaccination:
