Mother's Day Expo

Every year, the DCS Community proudly runs our much-loved Mother’s Day Stall, giving students the opportunity to purchase a small gift for their mum or a special loved one.

Last year, we expanded this event by introducing a Mother’s Day Expo alongside our traditional stall. We invited DCS families to host their own stalls and sell handmade or homegrown items and the response was wonderful!

This year’s Mother’s Day Expo will feature a fantastic variety of beautiful gifts, including:

  • Plants

  • Earrings

  • Handmade cookies

  • Handmade soap

  • Relish

  • 3D printed objects

  • and more!

Location: Outside the Jiloa Centre

Date: Friday 8th May

Pricing: Most items will be priced under $10.00, with a small selection of larger items priced slightly higher.

Payment options: Cash. EFTPOS will be available at the DCS Community stall only.

Please note:

Students in Kinder Copas will have the opportunity to purchase items on Thursday 7th May.

The Upper Room Prayer

As a school we like to pray for both our school and the wider community.

You are invited to join with others in our community in prayer, every Wednesday straight after Worship Wednesday from 9am.

This will be held in the meeting room at the front office.

We would love to partner with you in prayer for our DCS Community.

For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.

Matthew 18:20

We warmly welcome all parents and friends of the school to be a part of our DCS Community group.

Our next DCS Community meeting will be held on Wednesday 13th May from 9.00am straight after Worship Wednesday in the staff room in B block.
