WACOA Cunderdin Annual Ball – Saturday 1 August

We are very excited to be hosting the Annual WACOA Cunderdin Ball this Saturday, 1 August 2026, at the Parmelia Hilton.

Students are encouraged to arrive at 6:15 pm to enjoy their chance to "Walk the Red Carpet" into the ballroom. Our official photographers, Bliss Photography, will be capturing students as they make their grand entrance, as well as taking formal photographs throughout the evening. These photographs will be available for purchase via an online gallery shortly after the Ball. The link will be shared with all parents and students through Compass.

As always, we encourage our students to make the most of this special occasion while demonstrating the high standards of behaviour and respect that WACOA Cunderdin is known for. We are confident that everyone will contribute to making the evening enjoyable and memorable for all. Please note that any serious breaches of our expectations may result in parents being contacted and students, along with their partners, being required to leave the event.

All students are required to be collected in person by a parent or guardian at 10:00 pm. Pick-up will be from upstairs foyer at the Parmelia Hilton unless alternative arrangements have been organised and communicated to me via email prior to the event at Kristine.Van@education.wa.edu.au.

During the evening, students will have the opportunity to vote for:

• Best Dressed Girl (Year 11 and Year 12)
• Best Dressed Boy (Year 11 and Year 12)

Our staff will also select the recipient of the Life of the Party Award.

Finally, I look forward to seeing all the parents attending the P&C event on the night, which I understand, like our Ball, has reached full capacity. It promises to be a wonderful evening for our school community.
