Photo Day

WACOAC College Student Photo Online orders are now open 

Orders are online and currently open until 24 August 2026 for the products displayed on the back of your order slip, which has been emailed.  Note: sibling photos close 6 August 2026.

Speciality groups including Country Week, Shearing Team etc will be open for purchase after the photos have been taken, and will be a separate order using the same access key used for the first order.  An email will be sent to parents/guardians advising when these speciality photos are available for purchase. 

Uniform requirements

Students are required to wear their full formal uniform on the day and will also need any other uniforms for speciality group photos eg: sport uniform, shearing team etc, which they will change into, as required, after the formal photos have been taken. As the photos are being taken on a Monday, 10 August 2026, please remind students to bring all parts of their uniform (tie, black shoes etc) back to the College if they have been taken home.

How to order

ACCESS KEY - Every student has been allocated a personalised unique access key by Midland Photos, and they were emailed to parents/guardians last week. You need to use the unique 2026 access key, which is on the front top left-hand corner of your student’s slip to place an order. 

Note: Sibling orders have their own access key found at the top right-hand corner and those orders close 6 August 2026.

Note: Midland Photos can not release the access key info to parents/guardians by phone or email due to the privacy and protection of students. Please contact the College if you have not received your email or are a parent who shares the care of your children on separate days.
