Culture, Excellence & Growth 

Throughout Term 3, we have seen many examples of success across our College, both inside and outside the classroom. While we rightly celebrate achievements and results, success can also be seen in the everyday growth of our students – working hard, taking on challenges, learning from mistakes and continuing to improve.

Just as importantly, I have seen many examples of our community supporting one another. Students looking out for their peers, staff going above and beyond to support young people, and colleagues stepping in to help one another during a busy term. These actions contribute greatly to the culture of our College.

Our expectations of Responsibility, Respect, Courage and Wisdom are reflected in these everyday moments. They remind us that excellence is not simply about achievement, but also about how we approach our learning, respond to challenges and treat those around us.

Thank you to our students and staff for your hard work and contribution throughout Term 3. There is much to be proud of, and I look forward to continuing this growth together in Term 4.
