Year 4 Urban Gardening

In gardening, the Year 4 students have a chance every week to do different gardening jobs in their groups. We have 4 groups, one doing compost collection from each classroom, another looking after the worm farm, then one planting and one more switches between weeding, shredding and watering.

We also can't forget the announcement which comes with compost collecting. 

Just saying, almost every year 4 thinks gardening is one of the best subjects, trust us we've asked.

We would like to thank Lara, Grace's Mum (Yr 6) for donating a large selection of seedlings for our garden, the students enjoyed planting them all.
