Hands on Learning Program

Today the Hands On Learning team journeyed to Sydenham Park to meet our ongoing contact Ranger Ben and his colleagues.
After an introductory walk through bushland with a guided description of the native flora and fauna and the area's significance to First Nations peoples we met Adam from Black Snake Productions who took us through a two hour hands on presentation of relevant native animals.
The HOL students took great delight in meeting animals as diverse as a Goanna, Owl and Sugar Glider amongst other animals.
