Open Day Success in the 3/4 Learning Community

Our Open Day was a wonderful opportunity for families and visitors to explore the exciting learning taking place in the Year 3/4 classrooms. Students proudly showcased their work and enthusiastically shared their learning experiences with guests throughout the day.

Visitors explored three engaging classroom displays, each highlighting a different learning area. One classroom focused on Literacy, where students displayed examples of their writing, and reading responses, another classroom highlighted Mathematics learning, featuring problem-solving tasks, hands-on activities, and examples of student thinking and reasoning. 

Our little friend Dash the Robot was very excited to be out and about, allowing students to show off their programming and problem-solving skills through Blockly. It's not every day he gets to stay up late (past 3.30pm).

It was fantastic to see students confidently explaining their learning and celebrating the hard work they have put into their classroom achievements. Thank you to all families and community members who attended and helped make the day such a success.
