Winter 2026
Dear Parent/Guardians,
As wet/rainy days are upon us the school would like to remind parents/guardians, school does not hold spare clothing for students in case their clothing becomes wet during school hours.
If your child is likely to play in water paddles during lunch & snack breaks, please ensure there is spare clothing for them in their school bag.
School will contact parents/guardians, and if there is no one available to drop off clothing or collect the student at the time. The student will be returned to class as they are.
DOCUMENTATION
DOCUMENTATION - It is of utmost importance that our school is provided with up to date information. Documentation that is required has been sent to the relevant families, most recently via email. Please complete and return to the Health Centre as soon as possible.
MEDICATION
MEDICATION - Occasionally, students require medication while they are at school. In order to administer medication to students a Medication Authority form needs to be completed with a parent’s signature. Medications are to be provided to the school in original packaging with pharmacy labels intact. Tablet sleeves need to have the full name of the medication and expiry date intact.
AMBULANCE COVER
AMBULANCE COVER - A reminder, in the event of an emergency, either by accident / injury or illness, the college will call an ambulance. Please ensure your child is covered by ambulance cover if you do not have a Health Care Card. The costs incurred for an ambulance will be the responsibility of the respective parents/guardians.
Common Colds & Seasonal Flu
As we head into Winter, the Common Cold and Seasonal Flu outbreaks are common.
If your child is unwell and has symptoms of a runny nose, cough, sore throat, aches/pains, lethargy and suffers with high temperatures they will need to stay at home to rest and avoid infecting others. Once they are feeling well, they can return to school.
