Secondary Cross Country

At the end of last term we held our secondary cross country carnival. It was a beautiful sunny day and it was encouraging to see all students having a go, regardless of their running experience. After the race students could join in the color run and enjoyed the sausage sizzle. The atmosphere outside near the start/finish line was wonderful, with many students and staff cheering on the competitors. It was encouraging to witness the MECS community encouraging runners of all abilities as they started and finished the race, a real testament to the type of community we are so blessed to have here at MECS. Another carnival done, well done all!
