Primary Cross Country News

The coffee was brewing, the colour bottles were filled to the brim, and the many weeks of training were now complete.

Our Primary Tribal Cross Country day is an annual highlight for our school, and this year was no exception. Cross Country day is a time for our community to come together, celebrate our students and their persistence, tenacity, and running giftings, whilst also reflecting on and enjoying God’s goodness.

A first this year  was our parent race, which was a fiercely contested 'curtain raiser' before the big event. A hearty congratulations to all of our parents and teachers who put their best efforts forward and competed strongly.

A big thank you to the community for helping raise funds for our playground, with just over $2000 going towards our next major project.

We will proudly send off our 10 - 12 year olds who qualified for the District Cross Country, coming up on 16 May at Lillydale Lake.
