Student Health & Wellbeing

Doctors in Secondary Schools Program

Every Tuesday during term time, Dr. Patrick Halton and Nurse Em visit the College to provide primary health care for all our students. This service is free of charge, and students can consult with the doctor or nurse about any health concerns they would typically address with a GP or nurse in the community.

Bookings are now available through Compass. Please follow the directions on the above poster or you can click on the image or scan the QR code. If you have any questions, please contact Allysha from Wellbeing at: allysha.coghlan@education.vic.gov.au

Helping Our Students Sleep Better: Tips and Support from Our Wellbeing Team

For students struggling with sleep, our Adolescent Health Nurse Anna, Headspace Nurse Em, and Allysha from Wellbeing teamed up to host an insightful “Sleep Session.” The session offered practical tips, helpful advice, and easy-to-try strategies to improve sleep quality and establish healthy bedtime routines. It was great to see so many students attend and take an active interest in learning how better sleep can boost their wellbeing and daily energy.
