Learning about University opportunities

There will be a number of opportunities for Year 12 students and families to learn all about university applications and courses in upcoming events.

This year, UTAS has an Open Day earlier than last year, with an afternoon event scheduled for Sunday, 9 August, from 10am — 2pm.

Meet Melbourne in Tasmania

The University of Melbourne will be hosting an information session in Launceston on Monday, 3 August, and Hobart on Wednesday, 5 August.

It's a great opportunity for students to learn more about studying at Melbourne, explore course options, and ask questions in person about the curriculum, course options and admissions pathways, accommodation, scholarships, and support for regional students.

There will also be an opportunity to hear about  life on campus and tips from a current UniMelb student .

The events will run from 6-8pm, with check-in opening from 5.45pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
