Year 9/10 Outdoor Ed 

Our Year 9/10 Outdoor Education students recently swapped the classroom for the trail, taking on a 21-kilometre bike ride from Bruthen, through the Colquhoun State Forest, and on to Forestec.

The ride provided students with the opportunity to challenge themselves physically while enjoying the natural environment and developing their cycling skills. Along the way, students experienced a little bit of everything, with both sunshine and rain making an appearance throughout the day.

Despite a few tired legs by the finish, the group tackled the ride with enthusiasm and plenty of determination. There were lots of laughs along the way, and by the end of the journey, some students were already asking when they could do it again.

Experiences like these are a great example of what Outdoor Education is all about, getting outside, challenging yourself, building resilience and enjoying new adventures with classmates.

Well done to all students for their efforts and positive attitude throughout the day.
