Sacrament of First Reconciliation

On Tuesday, our First Reconciliation candidates spent time in the Knock Centre (hall) for a spirituality day. During they day we looked at a variety of concepts about forgivenss and reconciliation, the Sacrament of Reconciliation itself, and scripture stories about forgiveness. A key focus was the story of Zacchaeus the tax collector. During the day, students also made clay hearts, to symbolise that Reconciliation is unltimately about love for God and other, and the love OF God for us.
