Sailing 

Molly Sawyer: Competed in the Victorian State Championships in Rowing

. She won her division (Women’s C Grade Sculler) making her a State Champion!!! Molly hasn’t been rowing for long, so this is an amazing achievement (she even did it with a broken foot!).

Ackilin Stent: has just been selected to represent Australia in the European Optimist Sailing Championships held in Turkey in May 2025. The team is made up of only ten kids from Australia in a very competitive class.  

Emily Hailes and Kira Brauckmann: Competed in the Girlsail representing Dromana. The girls raced in Div 1 against some of the best sailors in the state. Their results varied but they managed to pull a win in one of the races which was a huge achievement considering it was their first time sailing together.

Lucas Hailes, Emily Hailes and Acklin Stent: recently competed in the Minnow Sailing States. Extreme conditions, with boat breakages (few ended up racing), however all three managed top five.
