Parking & Traffic Management – Important Reminder

An important email regarding parking and traffic procedures at MECS was sent to all families on Thursday, 4th June. Please take a moment to check your inbox and read it carefully.

Key reminders:

• The Main Office carpark must not be used for student drop-off or pick-up
• All families are to use the Kiss and Drop zone
• Do not park or leave your vehicle unattended in this area
• Do not park on Hawkins Road
• Kinder and Senior School families should use their designated parking areas

Please do not drop your child off at the main office gate and allow them to walk up the driveway. This creates additional safety risks for children and staff, as vehicles are entering and exiting the area. The safest and best option is to use Kiss and Drop.

These expectations are in place to ensure the safety of our community. Staff will be monitoring procedures in the coming weeks, and we ask for your full cooperation.

If you have grandparents or other family/friends who do school pick up and drop off for your child, please pass this important message on to them.
