Congratulations to Ava Cunningham in Year 10.
Ava has been invited to become a member of the Queensland Government Ministerial Student Advisory Council for the Department of Education.
Ava is one of 18 young people who have been selected from across the state. She will be involved in advising on important topics such as the future of education; mental health and wellbeing; safe and respectful school communities; the 2032 Olympic Games legacy; senior pathways; and changing technologies in schools. Her tenure with the Advisory Council is for two years.
Well done Ava.

Congratulations to Seb Topping in Year 12.
Seb raced the QLD state championships on Saturday 31 January at the Anna Meares Velodrome. He competed in the Junior 19 men individual sprint and came away with the WIN to become the State Champion!
This is a great confidence boosted before he competes again in the upcoming Oceania Track Championships in New Zealand in February.
Well done Seb, and good luck in New Zealand.
