All volunteers at Epsom Primary School require a Working With Children Check (WWCC) card.
This follows school policy and is a Department of Education legal requirement.
The card is FREE for volunteers and only takes 15 minutes to apply online.

Food offered: Toast, cereal and fruit cups

Lost Property is located at the front door in the office. All clearly named items are returned to students.
Note: Each term, any unclaimed items are donated to charity or donated to our second hand uniform collection.

If your child has recently been diagnosed with a health condition, Medical Forms are available by clicking on the image below or from the school office.
Up to date Medical Forms are required for Anaphylaxis, Allergy, Asthma, Epilepsy or any other health/medical condition that your child has been medically diagnosed with.
