Green Magpies, Green Gurruks & the Green Nest

The Green Nest

Over the last few weeks, we have been helping Mr I with some hands on jobs in the Green Nest. This included weeding our veggie pods, digging holes, turning over our compost waste and transferring the rich soil into our fruit tree garden beds.

A Frog Bog Incoming!

We are starting another huge job in the Green Nest which involves creating a natural looking frog bog. This is set to include a small pond, surrounded by frog-friendly rocks and swamp-type grasses and plants. We are hoping this will encourage all creatures (slimy and slippery) to visit EPS and increase our biodiversity.
