Two classes of Year 11 Food Studies students recently took on the exciting challenge of catering for the school production of Grease. This was a significant undertaking, with students hosting two pre-show Valleydale Diner experiences in the Valleydale Cafe, as well as providing snacks for the interval at every performance throughout the production. They did a terrific job and we thank them for their enthusiasm and commitment.
