SENIOR STUDENTS ATTEND TOP ARTS AT THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF VICTORIA

On Wednesday 27th March, all VCE Studio Arts and Art Year 11 and 12 attended the Top Arts exhibition and folio viewing at the National Gallery of Victoria, Federation Square as part of The Season of Excellence. 

Students were impressed at the outstanding quality and depth of ideas, skills and diversity of themes that had been explored as part of the folio work of the Art and Studio Arts students 2018.

After the folio viewing, students listened to an insightful lecture given by one of the gallery education staff about particular works in the show along with providing tips and shortcuts on how to develop an exemplary folio.  

Students returned to the college with some new inspiration and motivation for the year ahead.
