HOSA Sports Day

Go Team HT!

Huntingtower’s annual HOSA Sports Day, held on Sunday 12 October, was a vibrant and memorable celebration of school spirit, camaraderie and athleticism. Current students and alumni came together for a full day of competition across 11 sports, including badminton, tennis, hockey, volleyball, table tennis, basketball, netball and soccer. The atmosphere was electric as past and present students displayed outstanding sportsmanship and skill, cheered on by a large crowd of families, staff and friends of the school.

The competition was intense and evenly matched, with both teams trading victories throughout the day. As the scoreboard reached 5–5, all eyes turned to the final event, the Men’s Soccer match. In a thrilling conclusion, the current students secured a hard-fought 3–2 victory, clinching the overall win for the day. The strong community turnout, and the ever-popular BBQ added to the festive atmosphere.

Events like this highlight the enduring connection between Huntingtower students past and present, and celebrate the values of teamwork, excellence and unity that define our school community.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making this day such a success. Your support and enthusiasm made it a fun and memorable day. We look forward to continuing this wonderful tradition in the years to come.
