Hockey Victoria Roadshow – Grades 5 and 6

It was a fantastic experience having Hockey Victoria recently visit our school as part of their Roadshow Program. Our Grade 5/6 students learned the fundamental skills of hockey through engaging, game-based activities in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

Although the Roadshow has concluded, students can continue their hockey journey by joining a local Hookin2Hockey program at www.hookin2hockey.com.au. With programs starting soon, now is the perfect time to get involved and get out on the pitch.

Hookin2Hockey provides a wonderful opportunity for children to build on the skills they recently developed at school, enhance their fundamental motor skills, make new friends and, most importantly, have fun!

Ringwood North District Swimming

On Monday, 23rd February, 8 Kalinda swimmers proudly represented our school at the Ringwood North District Swimming Competition.

All swimmers gave their best effort on the day, demonstrating great determination and sportsmanship. A big congratulations to Evie H, who finished 3rd in the 50-metre freestyle event - a fantastic achievement! A huge thank you to Karine, our wonderful parent helper, for stepping up as Team Manager. She did an outstanding job supporting our Kalinda team poolside, ensuring everything ran smoothly and offering plenty of encouragement to all our swimmers.
