Welcome back to Term 4! We hope the holidays provided your family with a chance to rest, recharge, and enjoy some quality time together. As we begin the final term of the year, there is a sense of excitement and anticipation in the air as students return with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

Reflecting on Grandparents Day and Our Term 3 Assembly

We ended Term 3 on a high note with two very special events. Grandparents Day was a heartwarming celebration of the important role grandparents play in our students’ lives. It was wonderful to see so many families on campus, sharing stories, smiles, and special moments together.

Our Term 3 Assembly on the final day was a joyful showcase of student learning and achievement. From performances to presentations, it was a fitting way to celebrate the efforts and growth of our students throughout the term.

Full Summer Uniform and Sun Safety

As we move into the warmer months, all students are expected to wear their full summer uniform, including school hats. Sun safety is a priority, and we encourage families to support their children in applying sunscreen before school and, where appropriate, providing sunglasses that meet Australian safety standards.

A reminder that school shoes must be black, leather, and polishable. Athletic or ‘runner’ style shoes are not part of our uniform policy. If a student requires an alternative shoe for medical reasons, a request must be submitted to the school along with supporting documentation.

Snake Safety Awareness

With the warmer weather also comes an increase in snake activity, particularly in our region. We are reminding all students to stay on designated paths, avoid walking through long grass, and notify a teacher immediately if they see a snake. Our staff are trained in first aid and snake safety procedures, and we regularly review our protocols to ensure the safety of all students. We also encourage families to reinforce these messages at home.

Car Park Safety

The safety of our students is always our highest priority. We kindly remind all families that students must not re-enter the car park area once they have arrived at school. The car park is a busy space during drop-off and pick-up times, and it is essential that students remain within the school grounds to ensure their safety. We ask all parents and carers to support this expectation and speak with their children about the importance of staying safe and following staff instructions at all times.

We look forward to a productive and joyful Term 4, filled with learning, growth, and community connection.

Grandparents Day

Thank you to the grandparents who joined us for Grandparents Day!

This special event brought generations together to share in classroom activities, giving grandparents a firsthand glimpse into their grandchildren's educational journey.

Students proudly showcased their classroom experiences at Trinity, offering a unique insight into their schooling. It's heartwarming to see these connections strengthen and a true sense of community develop as older and younger generations come together to celebrate this wonderful day.

Kinders Teddy Bear Picnic

On Friday, our Kinders enjoyed a fantastic day of learning and fun outdoors!

There was trike riding, parachute play, outdoor learning, and of course... the much-loved Teddy Bear Picnic!

Our teddies even joined in for some reading time with our Kinders.

Such a wonderful day for our little learners to explore, play, and enjoy our beautiful surroundings!
