End-of-year excursions

There are lots of fun activities scheduled for the remainder of the term, starting with the excursion to the Cinema for Foundation to Year 2 students, and Waterworld for Years 3-6 this Thursday, 28 November. Refer to the electronic consent slip sent earlier in the term for specific details.

Please pack recess, lunch and a drink bottle as students will be unable to access the canteen for lunch orders. Students attending the Waterworld excursion may bring money ($10 limit) to spend at the kiosk. Students attending the cinema will receive a small popcorn and water and will be eating lunch when they return to school at 1pm.

Please help by ensuring students arrive at school on time to make the bus! Thank you.

Thank you and farewell, Sue

Last week our staff gathered to say thank you and farewell to Sue Holland as she embarks on the next chapter of her life in retirement. Sue has had an enormous presence at our school, serving our community for an incredible 21 years!

During her time with us, Sue helped countless students find books that sparked their imaginations in the Resource Centre, provided care, first aid and service at the Front Desk, helped new students with uniform fittings and orders and supported our young ones with their gross motor development through her delivery of the Grasshoppers program.

Sue's friendly personality, helpful nature and calm presence will be sorely missed by all of us. Happy retirement Sue.

End-of-year information

Resource Centre

This is the final week for borrowing books from the Resource Centre. Please return all books to school next week.

Canteen

The canteen will not be providing lunches on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th of December. There will be limited over-the-counter sales.

Breakfast Club

Due to upcoming events in the OLOH Parish Centre, we are unable to offer Breakfast Club for the remainder of this year. Thank you to our staff and parents for volunteering their time to offer this service this year, we appreciate you!

Semester two reports

Semester two reports will be released on the Sentral app at 3:10pm on Wednesday, 11 December. For those families who arrived at our school this semester, we will send you an email shortly with a unique access key for your children.

To locate your child's report, open the Sentral app and go to the student profile and find academic reports. If you are yet to install the Sentral app, you may find the instructions available via the link below useful.

Reporting absences

Audiri is no longer available to inform us of your child's upcoming absences. Please use the parent portal on the Sentral app to let us know if your child will be absent. If you require any assistance with this, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
