Thank You for Supporting the Casey Council Battery Blitz!
A huge thank you to our school community for your fantastic participation in the Casey Council Battery Blitz during National Recycling Week!
Together, we saved an incredible number of
batteries from ending up in landfill, helping to protect our environment and spread awareness about the importance of recycling batteries. Remember, batteries cannot be placed in landfill and must be recycled responsibly.
Due to the success of this initiative, we are exploring the possibility of establishing a permanent battery collection point at the school and will keep you updated on our progress. Thank you for making a difference!

Cash for Cans: A Big Thank You to Our Community!
Our Cash for Cans scheme has been rolling along steadily, thanks to the incredible support from our school community!
We've been collecting drink containers from lunch orders and helping to save a significant amount of aluminium and plastic from ending up in drains and harming our environment. Every container collected makes a difference, and we’re excited to share that we’ll be making our first deposit soon.
Thank you for your efforts and commitment to this initiative—every little bit counts as we work together for a cleaner, greener future!
