STUDENT AGENCY - PEER TUTORING PROGRAM LAUNCH

We officially launched our Peer Tutoring Program after school on Wednesdays in the LRC, and it was wonderful to see this initiative come to life!

Our students enjoyed the snacks on offer, and our Peer Leaders did a fantastic job of welcoming students, building connections and responding to their individual learning needs. A huge thank you to our wonderful Peer Leaders for giving their time and supporting younger students in our school community. 

Moving forward, we will have worksheets and learning activities available to support our Year 7 and 8 students with the topics they are currently studying in class, as well as helping them prepare for their upcoming exams.

Worried your child doesn't have homework to bring along? Don't be! We will have activities and tasks ready to go, so there will always be something for students to work on, practise or ask questions about.

Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where students can build confidence, strengthen their learning, develop positive study habits and learn from one another.

We are excited to see this program grow and are proud to see our students supporting each other through the power of Student Agency!
